Together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. It's what we do. And we couldn't do it without the support of our incredible volunteers.

We were started by volunteers in 1986 – and volunteers are still at the heart of what we do today. By volunteering with us, you'll become a vital part of the biggest wishgranting organisation in the world. And you'll be making a real difference to the lives of desperately ill children - and their families - across the UK. You'll also be doing something you enjoy, developing your skills and meeting new people!
