Paying your money in

You've held your event or undertaken a challenge and raised a life changing sum of money. Thank you!

It’s now time to make sure your money reaches us and then you can sit back and relax. We’ve made it easy, just pick the option that works best for you.

Return it online

If you’ve set up an online giving page and raised money through sponsorship from others, then you don’t need to do anything. All of your hard-raised funds come directly to us. If you have any offline sponsorship to pay in, you can also do this via your online giving page.

If you haven’t set up an online giving page, there’s still time and it provides a fuss-free way to get the money directly to us - we recommend you go through JustGiving.

Remember to close your page once you have paid in your money so that we can send you a big thank you.

Take your money to your local bank

Take your cash and cheques safely to the bank and use a unique playing-in slip (bank giro credit) that can be requested from our Supporter Experience team. Visit any branch of Natwest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank. If you pay into any other bank, Make-A-Wish UK may have to pay a charge or have difficulty tracing your payment.

For electronic bank transfers (BACS), please get in touch for our account details and a unique reference code which you will need to quote at the time of transfer (very important so we know who the money is from!)

Return it by post

You can post us a cheque made payable to ‘Make-A-Wish Foundation UK’, along with your name, address and a note about your fundraising. Don’t forget to include your sponsorship form so we can claim that all important Gift Aid and please don’t send cash in the post.

Pay it in over the phone
