Terms and Conditions for prize draw

1. Who’s running this prize draw?

This prize draw is organised by Make-A-Wish UK, based in the UK.

2. Who can enter?

• You must work in health or social care, working for one of Make-A-Wish’s referral partners.
• You need to be 18 or over.
• Employees of Make-A-Wish UK and anyone involved in running this prize draw can’t enter.

3. How do you enter?

• Complete the survey we’ve sent you.
• There’s no cost to enter.
• Only one entry per person.

4. What’s the prize?

• One hamper for your workplace.
• The prize can’t be swapped for cash or anything else.

5. When does it close?

• The survey and prize draw close at 23:59 on 08/12/25.
• Entries after this date won’t be included.

6. How will the winner be chosen?

• We’ll pick one winner at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will happen within one month of the closing date.

7. How will you know if you’ve won?

• We’ll contact the winner by email.
• If we don’t hear back within 14 days, we’ll choose another winner.

8. Anything else?

• By entering, you agree to these terms.
• We’ll use your details in line with UK data protection laws.
• Our decision is final.
