The Constellation Collective is a philanthropic initiative created by Make-A-Wish UK in 2025, aimed at granting transformative wishes to critically ill children.
Marking its official launch at The Beaumont Hotel in London last night, The Constellation Collective has announced a lead seven-figure philanthropic gift, designed to change the lives of critically ill children. As part of this commitment, ACP Healthtech, will make this philanthropic donation to help establish and scale the initiative, supporting children facing life-threatening illnesses. The gift originates from an investment framework led by ACP Healthtech, and together with The Constellation Collective, aims to convert healthcare innovation into sustainable, long-term funding for children and families, and ultimately grant as many life affirming wishes as possible.
This transformational gift has been anchored by Emma Hague, Founder and General Partner, Olivier Gracia, Founder and CFO and Dr. Patrick Pfeffer, Founder and Managing Partner at ACP Healthtech, a specialist investment firm renowned for de-risking and advancing healthcare innovation.

This remarkable multi-million-pound commitment will unlock the first phase of Make-A-Wish UK’s long-term ambition to reach every eligible child and strengthen the charity’s capacity to deliver wishes at unprecedented scale, at the point they are needed most.
