JustGiving £200 Decathlon voucher prize draw terms and conditions

1. This free prize draw is run by Make‑A‑Wish Foundation® UK, a charity registered in England and Wales (295672) and Scotland (SC037479). Registered Office: Seventh Floor, Thames Tower, Station Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1LX

2. The free prize draw is open to select Make-A-Wish UK participants of the 2026 TCS London Marathon 2026.

3. To enter the free prize draw online, you must have set up a JustGiving page for the 2026 TCS London Marathon in aid of Make-A-Wish UK and raised £50 by the 31st of October 2025.

4. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person.

5. This free prize draw closes at 5pm on the 31st of October 2025. Any entries received outside of this time will not be accepted.

6. The draw itself will take place on Monday 3rd of November 2025 and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

7. The prize, which 10 winners will receive, is a £200 Decathlon voucher, kindly donated by JustGiving. There is no alternative to the prize, and it is not transferable.

8. We will notify the winner by email within 7 days of the free prize draw closing. We are under no obligation to seek out a winner if they provide the wrong contact details.

9. Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.

10. By entering this free prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the free prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The free prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. We accept no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason and reserve the right to cancel or amend the free prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of our control. We will notify entrants of any significant changes to the draw as soon as possible.
