Aaron, six, was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour two years ago. It was a “massive shock” to his mum and dad and coincided with the start of the pandemic in the UK. Only one parent was allowed to be with him in hospital as he went through gruelling treatment, which continues to this day.

He's spent far too many months in a hospital bed and his wish to have his own cabin bed at home in North Wales has provided a comfortable contrast and an absolute haven for him - a fun space where he can reach for the stars! (He loves constellations!)

Aaron's wish has been granted, but there are many more children in Wales who are still waiting for their wish. So we're asking for your help.

When a child is diagnosed with a critical condition, it changes their life and the lives of their families forever. For them, the joy of childhood is brought to an abrupt end.
