Take on the Superhero Tri as part of our #WishHero team because every child deserves to wish for more than a life defined by illness.
The Superhero Series is the UK’s one and only disability sports series for the everyday Superhero! There are no cut-off times and all types of ‘gadgets and gismos’ are welcome on the course, from adaptive bikes, trikes and baby buggies to powerchairs, blades, race runners and more. Plus, Superheroes can team up with Sidekick family and friends to share the work and the fun.
There are three distances to choose from and many ways to take part. You can fly solo and take on all three stages (a swim, cycle and push/run), share the fun in a team relay, or Superheroes can recruit Sidekick teammates to tow, push and pull them around the entire course!

The Superhero Tri distances:
Superhero Tri Sprint: Swim 150m, Bike 3km, Push/run 1km
Suoerhero Tri Half: Swim 400m, Bike 10km, Push/run 2.5km
Superhero Tri Full: Swim 750m, Bike 20km, Push/run 5km
