My child/someone I know has an ill child/suffered a bereavement and I have found this campaign distressing.

We are really sorry. It’s certainly not our intention to cause any distress. We haven’t deliberately targeted anyone who has been going through a something similar. If you need support please visit our useful resources for wish families.

The freepost address on the return envelope does not match that of Make-A-Wish UK

Don’t worry! This is simply because we are using an agency to process some donations on our behalf. Because we are not in the Hub as much at the moment, we can’t process all donations in-house. We want to ensure that the generosity of our donors is processed and recognised as efficiently as possible.
