Regional Fundraising Manager - Wales and South West England
Please note: The unprecedented effects of coronavirus are impacting everyone and Make-A-Wish is no different. Amy's role has been furloughed so, for now, if you'd like to speak to someone about fundraising in your community, please contact one of the following Regional Fundraising Managers:
I’m Amy and I started working in the Charity Sector in 2013 when I got my first fundraising job and since then I haven’t looked back – I absolutely love what I do!
Originally from Bristol, I've been living in Wales for the last 15 years, first to Aberystwyth where I attended University before moving to the hustle and bustle of Cardiff and now settling on the edge of the beautiful Rhondda Valleys. My main passions outside of work are all things Disney, my dog Charlie and running!
My role at Make-A-Wish
I work as a Regional Fundraising Manager in Wales and South West England – the job and the Charity are both amazing and I feel so lucky to be a part of such a special cause. The part of being a fundraiser I love the most is all the people I get to meet, whether this is attending an event, giving a presentation at a school assembly or even just sitting down to have a chat about someone’s fundraising ideas – no two days are the same!
