Finn's stolen Christmas
In October 2015, Finn’s world was turned upside down when he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
Having lived for years as an energetic, happy and active child, Finn was suddenly thrust into a world of intense treatment, chemotherapy and long spells in hospital.
While other children his age were out playing and making friends, Finn was confined to a hospital ward for up to seven weeks at a time – sometimes in complete isolation.
A gift of £10 could help grant the One True Wish of a child like Finn
It’s only with your generous support that Make-A-Wish are able to give children like Finn magical experiences like the one he got to enjoy. Please give whatever you can today.

Finn’s Christmas wish
After the incredibly traumatic time that Finn’s family went through, they turned to us to bring back some magic to his childhood and grant his One True Wish – to go to Lapland and meet Santa.
The resulting trip was a magical whirlwind that brought some much-needed joy and innocence back into Finn’s life.

“You hear people saying Lapland is magical and amazing and a once in a lifetime trip and it really is! This is something we will remember for a lifetime. It is so humbling that people who don’t know us have donated to Finn’s wish.”
