Lapland Challenge

Ever dreamt of driving your own team of spirited huskies across the Arctic, with civilisation left far behind? Well, now that dream can become a reality!

Join us on this, the most unique of charity events, spend six days sledding through the rolling highlands and deep forests of Lapland for an experience you will never forget. The challenge is to sled 250km from Norway, into Sweden through untouched nature, in order to finish at the world famous Ice Hotel (the original!) in Jukkasjarvi!

The challenge begins in the Arctic city of Tromso, where you make our way to the Dog Sled Centre in order to meet your husky companions. After meeting and greeting your furry friends, you then dive straight into the spirit of adventure and spend your first night in a traditional Lavvo, surrounding the roaring fire.

This charity challenge is suitable for beginners to sledding, as full training will be given – all you need to join the challenge is a thirst for extreme adventure! This is no ordinary charity challenge – you will be required to erect our own tents, cook for yourselves and fulfil all camping duties with the equipment provided. In addition to looking after yourselves, you’ll also be responsible for looking after your teams of huskies – be assured, this is a true, 'hands on' wilderness challenge!

Husky Dog Challenge

Watching the Northern Lights and tending your dogs will give you an exact experience for living as the Laplanders do. This is one of our most popular charity challenges; a truly unforgettable experience awaits you.

How do I sign up?

To take part in this challenge for the dates below, there are two options available.

1. We ask that you pay a registration fee of £575 and raise the minimum sponsorship of at least £3,995.

2. The self-payment method, where you pay the registration fee of £575 and the tour cost of £1,799; we then ask you to raise as much money as possible.
