How to take part
We have a very limited number of bonded places available. If you would like to apply for one of these, please complete and return THIS APPLICATION FORM.
As we only have a limited number of guaranteed entry places, your application will be subject to a selection process and we will contact you by email or phone to let you know if you have been successful. If your application is successful, we will ask you to pay a registration fee of £50 and raise a minimum of £2,200 in sponsorship. If your application is not immediately successful, we will place you on our reserve list.

- A full training and nutritional programme
- Support emails and running tips
- Personalised sponsorship forms
- Race Day PR and photography
- Post-race reception with massage, food and drink and medal presentation
