Carole joined Make-A-Wish in 1986 as a volunteer and then two years later became the first member of staff - with responsibilities in those early days for practically everything! Now as PR & Celebrity Manager, Carole has been a big part of an amazing journey, witnessing the charity's growth from granting just four wishes in the first year to the present day when we're granting over 500! Carole says she has met so many extraordinary wish families, supporters, celebrities and volunteers and although it's been tough on occasions, she is very proud to have played a part in the growth and media recognition of our wonderful charity.
