It was Natalie's life-long ambition to work for Make-A-Wish. As a teenager she would tell her friends that one day she would work for this wonderful charity and help grant magical wishes and bring happiness to seriously ill children.

Throughout her life Natalie has raised funds for different charities and worked alongside children of all ages and abilities. 'The best reward for granting a magical wish to a very ill child is to see the smile on their face and the look of joy in their eyes.'

Natalie's most memorable wish to date has been installing a sunken trampoline for a very poorly girl called Lorna. Lorna suffers from a progressive Neurometabolic Disorder, which is so rare that it is unnamed. What made this wish so memorable was the fact that Lorna's sister Hannah also suffers from the same life-threatening illness. The look of happiness on Lorna's face and her giggling when she did her first bounce on the trampoline confirmed this was a truly magical wish.

The Eastern England region covers such a large area that Natalie needs a lot of support from volunteers and fundraisers and she would love to hear from anyone who would like to help and get involved with Make-A-Wish.
